Returns Policy
You may return all unopened items purchased at WarMage Games within 14 days of the original delivery. You are responsible for the return shipping amount and no returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Exceptions:
This right does not apply to:
1.Items & products that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored towards the specific customers need or
2. Audio, Video, or Software, if the physical products have been opened by the customer or
3. delivery of newspapers, magazines or other periodicals, unless the contract has been concluded via telephone.
If the product is defective or the return is a result of our error you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will pay the return shipping costs to a maximum of €8.50.

Shipping Policy
For American customers:
Certain items are NOT generally available for American customers. American customer refers to anyone with a shipping adress in North or South America. If these items are ordered as a part of an order consisting in a majority (number of items or value) of items not affected by the license agreement, WarMage Games may, at it's discretion, agree to sell and send these items as well. This is due to a region-restricted license agreement with US-based company Burn In Designs. These items are clearly indicated on each item description. If a North/South American customer orders these items, the item will be removed from the shipment and the difference (if there is one) will be reimbursed or given to the customer as a store credit. We will try our best to catch these mistakes and inform you via email, giving you possible opitons.

Shipping Quote
How do I get a shipping quote?
Simple! Add items to your shopping cart. When you go into the cart, choose a shipping country, and the shipping prices will be automatically shown, based on the weight of the items in the shopping cart. If you have previously registered yourself as a customer including your correct country, then this should already show the correct information.
Shipping is a perpetual issue for webstores. We will only charge what it costs us to pack and ship an item, we will not make any profit on shipping costs. We use DHL for all shipping. This will mean your delivery arrives promptly and is trackable. Also note that the items in the catalog have a weight multiplier applied to ensure the weight of the packaging is included in the final calculation. This is to ensure that an order will not be overweight for the shipping method chosen.
GERMANY:
The shipping options will be visible at checkout. Feel free to pick up an order at the shop, but please call ahead first.
The orders will be delivered by Deutsche Post / DHL.
We only use Deutsche Post or DHL for sending out our orders, as these have the best track record for speedy and reliable delivery.
We do not use other courier services, as we want to ensure that you get your goods quickly.

Aerosols:
Aerosols CANNOT be sent by Air or surface shipping postage, and can only be shipped by surface courier service where applicable when ordered.
Important:
When you place an order, the estimated dispatch time is shown on each item. As most items are individually made to order, there may be delays in sending them out. We aim to get the orders packaged and out the door as soon as possible but at busy times and after public holidays there can be a small backlog. Also bear in mind the delivery method selected does not impact the processing-packing-dispatch process. It is simply the method that your order is conveyed to you. International orders generally have longer shipping times, as the shipping companies take longer to deliver. This is beyond our influence.
